Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit of your stay, including taxes & fees, is required at the time of booking to reserve a room. The remaining balance will be due 3 days prior to arrival.

If a reservation is booked within 3 days of arrival, 100% is charged at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Reservations changed or cancelled 14+ days prior to arrival: Full Refund

  • Reservations changed or cancelled between 14 days and 3 days prior to arrival: the 50% deposit is the cancellation fee.

  • Reservations changed or cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival: 100% payment, incl. taxes & fees, is the cancellation fee.

Early departures and no-shows are considered as a cancellation and are subject to forfeiture of the full payment of the stay.

Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special rates and special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions.

 

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in is between 4p and 10p. Check-out is 11a. Early check-in and late check-out is based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Late check-out fees may apply.

If you plan to arrive before 4p, you may park your car and we will be more than happy to store your luggage and tell you about our favorite places to have lunch or to visit in our town.

If you plan to arrive after 10p, please call or text our Front Desk so we can arrange access to your room.

 

Additional Guests and Children

Our King rooms are based on double occupancy. There is a guest fee of $250 per additional adult (16+) per room over 2 persons in select King rooms. This fee includes a roll-away bed by request and upon availability.

Our Double Queen room can accommodate up to 4 adults without an additional fee. There is a guest fee of $250 per additional adult (16+) per room over 4 persons in our Double Queen rooms. This fee includes a roll-away bed by request and upon availability.

Children under 16 are welcome without an additional fee. Rollaway beds are available by request and upon availability in select rooms with a nightly fee. Cribs are available by request and upon availability. Arrangements for a rollaway or crib must be made with our Front Desk prior to arrival.

 

Parking

There is one free parking space on the property per guest room.

 

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in designated rooms only. Arrangements to bring a pet must be made upon booking and a fee of $45 per night will be applied to your reservation. Pet-Friendly accommodations will not be guaranteed without direct conversation with the property. 

  • One well-behaved small/medium dog (up to 35 lbs) per room.

  • An advance pet reservation is required and an additional non-refundable $45 per night cleaning fee will be added to your folio.

  • Remove and dispose of any waste associated with your dog in and around the property. Doggie bags are provided upon request!

  • Your pet should remain leashed at all times while in public areas.

  • Dog owners are requested to remove their pet from the guestroom during housekeeping services.

  • Dog owners will promptly address any pet complaints from fellow guests or staff. In the event you are unable to satisfy the request, you may be asked to leave the property and will be financially responsible for any and all costs associated with appeasing the disturbance.

  • An emergency telephone number is required where guests may be reached if there is an unresolvable issue.

  • A service animal, as acknowledged by the Americans with Disabilities Act, is welcome to accompany their owner while staying with us.

Smoking Policy

Hotel Moraine is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping and/or e-cigarettes are not allowed in the guest rooms, pool area, lawn, beach, or any other public area.

A violation of our smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
